Conditions of sale - O Mas, guest rooms

Room reservations are made through booking platforms. Each reservation is therefore subject to the regulations applicable to the booking platforms.

Article 1 - Purpose

This contract is intended for the exclusive use of booking stays in guest rooms. The owner undertakes to personally welcome guests.

Article 2 - Length of stay

The client signing this contract concluded for a fixed period may not under any circumstances claim any right to remain on the premises.

Check-in is between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. (late arrivals are possible and must be notified to the owner). Check-out is between 7 a.m. and 11 a.m.

Article 3 - Reservation & cancellation

The booking and cancellation conditions are applicable as defined via the booking platforms.

Article 4 - Tourist tax

The tourist tax is a mandatory tax intended for the municipality for the development of tourism, it is included in the total price and is collected by the booking platforms.

Article 5 - Use of the premises

The guest must respect the peaceful nature of the premises and use them in accordance with their intended purpose. The guest agrees to return the room in good condition and must report any damage for which they may be responsible and assume responsibility for repairs.

Access to the pool area is permitted from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Outside of these hours, you have access to your private terrace.

Dinner is served between 7pm and 8pm.
