TERMS OF SALES

Conditions of sale  - O Mas, bed and breakfast

The reservation of rooms is subject to the payment of a deposit of 30%, if it occurs more than 8 days prior to the date of arrival. Payment of the balance is due upon arrival of the client.

The reservation of the rooms is subject to the total payment of the price of the room, if it occurs within 8 days preceding the date of arrival.

Article 1: object

This contract is intended for the exclusive use of the reservation of stays in guest rooms. the owner agrees to personally welcome customers.

​

article 2 - Duration of stay

The client signatory to this contract concluded for a fixed period may in no case claim any right to remain in the premises.

check-in is between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. (late arrival is possible and must be notified to the owner). check-out is between 7 a.m. and 11 a.m.

article 3 - Reservation & cancellation

The reservation becomes effective upon payment of the 30% deposit of the total amount or upon payment of the total amount if this occurs within 8 days prior to the date of arrival. 

Any cancellation must be notified by email to omas83.contact@gmail.com.

 

Refund conditions in case of cancellation:

- 100% refund of the deposit if the cancellation occurs more than 30 days from the date of arrival

- 50% refund of the deposit if the cancellation occurs between 29 days and 15 days before the date of arrival

- No refund of the deposit if the cancellation occurs less than 14 days from the date of arrival

- No refund if the cancellation occurs within 8 days prior to the date of arrival (in the event of a reservation made within 8 days prior to the date of arrival)

in the event of a shortened stay at the request of the client, the price corresponding to the cost of accommodation remains entirely due to the owner.

article 4 - Cancellation by the owner

The owner must inform the customer by any means of communication in his possession (mail, telephone...). The owner will reimburse the customer in full, by the appropriate means agreed with him. The customer undertakes not to make any recourse for compensation for any damage suffered.

article 5 - Payment of the balance

The balance is to be paid upon arrival of the customer. 

​

article 6 - Tourist tax

The tourist tax is a mandatory tax intended for the municipality for the development of tourism.

​

article 7 - Use of premises

The customer must respect the peaceful character of the premises and make use of it in accordance with their destination. The customer undertakes to return the room in good condition and must declare any damage for which he may be responsible and assume the repairs.

Access to the swimming pool area (shared) is authorized from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Outside these hours you have your private terrace.

Breakfast is served between 7:30 am and 10 am

Dinner is served between 7pm and 8pm
